Defence against Spam / Junk email

One of the problems of running an web site is the amount of SPAM that is received. This is as a result of web crawlers, or similar, picking up the email addresses scattered throughout the site. In order to mitigate the problem we have changed the format of our addresses as well as removing all direct links to the email address. We're forced to ask that, in order to contact us, you to type our email address into your email software. You can form the email address by putting together:

"info"  an  "at each" sign,  "pershorechoral." and "org.uk"

(include full stops but omit quotation marks)

If you don't do this, we're sorry but your email will be deleted, not downloaded.

Although you can look at the above intelligently and work out the address, usual email address scanner programs will not see an email address.

To reach committee members direct simply substitute "MD", "Chair" etc. for "info"  as follows.

*Substitutions:

Musical Director, Carleton Etherington   -  "MD"

Chairman, Ron Haden   -   "Chair"

Membership Secretary, John Gosney   -   "Memsec"

Treasurer, Colin Wheeler    -   "Treas"

and everything else, including Webmaster Andrew Russell - "info"
